As part of the registration process, students coming from outside Catalonia or abroad, may apply for a grant to cover eligible travel costs for attending the PhD Open Day @ ICFO. The applications will be evaluated by an internal committee, based on the complete documentation submitted.

Interested students should either have recently finished or completing soon their Master studies in any of the eligible fields, and will be asked to upload the following documentation in the last part of the online registration form:

• An updated CV
• A short presentation letter
• Scanned copies of the undergraduate and (ongoing) postgraduate studies
• Contact details of one referee whom we may ask for a reference letter

Remember that if applying for a travel grant, you should register by October 15, 2015 through the dedicated online form, accessible by clicking on the button below.

Incomplete applications will not be taken into account.

All applicants will be notified of the decision by e-mail during the week starting October 22, 2015.
